Negativity Draining Your Energy?

“Bad company corrupts good character.” - 1 Corinthians 15:33

I would have to say that the worst way to drain your energy is listening to negativity from other people. Listening to their whining and complaining is not only annoying, but sometimes just listening causes you to feel just as horrible as they do. As a positive person, you don’t want to get too close to negative people, or have them overstay their welcome either. There are certain things you must do to remain positive around negative people. Negative people need help, and you can give it to them while keeping your distance at the same time.

Negative people most of the time don’t feel appreciated by anyone. This explains why they get in such a rebellious mood and attack everybody and everything. They think as if the world is against them, when in fact it is not. The only thing out to get them, is themselves. Perception is everything, it is how we live and view life. Obviously negative people have a perception that they are not loved or appreciated, which causes them to go in a defense mode. A great way to help them if this is the case would be to show them that you are listening, and you are there to help. You are listening, but you are not just listening to all of the crap that they are telling you just to hear it. You are listening so that you can put things together and come up with a valuable solution to the problem. So the key thing in this situation is to listen for a solution, rather than listening to the problem itself without making a suggestion of turning things around. Otherwise you will get caught in th same negative trap that they got trapped in. You are the hero, its up to you to save them :)

Now, as for the negative people who are just negative for no reason whatsoever, stay distance from them. Set limits, do not allow them to invade your space. Do not listen in on their occult practices…..I mean discussions (same thing). You don’t have to even respond to the negative things they say to you, after all it wouldn’t help if both of you are negative. When you are in a situation when someone like this is around you, always speak with authority, be consistent in being positive around them. If you do it correctly, its like sunlight shining on these dark negative vampires (or people, again, same thing) and they will leave you in no time. The important thing that you must remember and keep in mind all day long is to remain positive at all times as if your life depended on it, oh wait, it does.

5 Guaranteed Steps To End Negativity

1.Wear headphones over your ears. Take them off and on every time you see them. When they ask, tell them its BS protectors.

2.The next time you pass them by, say “You know what, I don’t care what other people say about you, you are a good person.” And when they ask who talks about them, just close your eyes and skip away humming to yourself.

3.Put both of you index fingers together to form a cross and back away slowly every time you see them.

4.Smile very enthusiastically with your mouth open as wide as you possibly can every time they come near you, this will surely scare them away.

5.Every time they come around you put your hands over your ears, one day they will get it.

Negative people are crap magnets, which means they attract more and more negative people, situations, and circumstances to them. Do everything you can to be positive so that you will attract good things in your life, preferably the things you want. Don’t forget to lead by example, although negative people are annoying, it is still up to you to do what you can to help them by showing you care and appreciate them.

Become The Person You Want To Be

The biggest mistake people do when they want something new, is they forget to change. In order to have something new you have to be someone new. You have to do something new. Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results is the exact definition of insanity. We are all guilty of it, and there is only one thing that must take place for a new thing to happen, change. Changing first starts by changing your thinking, of course. Then you will have new feelings, good feelings hopefully, that are in accordance with what you want. As you go about doing the work required to receive whatever it is you ask for, you should be doing it fairly different than you would have before. A change in your world can be done and will be done as long as there is a change in your thinking patterns and consciousness.

Becoming that person or having that thing you desire would require you to become conscious of that thing or that person you want to be. Consciousness is a certain mind state or a certain level of thinking. With a different mind state, you can live and look at life differently than what you did in the past. For example, someone could past by an open field everyday on their way to work, or wherever it is they are going and think nothing of it. There could also be another person who would pass by that same field and see opportunity to create a subdivision or a shopping center or any type of business that would be of value. The difference in the two people are not the people themselves but the choice of thoughts and the level of their consciousness, that is the only thing different about them. Anyone can do anything another person can do, and even better. Limits do not exist in this world, and we are becoming more and more aware of it everyday.

So the important thing to do is to be that person you want to be that you know you are not now. Maybe you have that gut feeling or desire to do something, to have something, or to be something. You have probably had this feeling, and you think about it often. That feeling and desire that you have is something that is given to you. The word desire in the Latin terms means “of the father”. So that feeling that you get (good of course) means it is God giving you that feeling. If God is telling you anything you should jump to act on it right then and there. It has been said many times that you should follow your gut, because it is always right, as long as you listen and follow directions.

Is There Really An Incurable Disease?

“Incurable means curable from within. Disease is the body’s way of giving you feedback that you are not loving or grateful.” - Dr. John Demartini

I honestly believe that there is absolutely NO incurable disease. I have never heard of any disease that someone somewhere has not cured themselves of. It takes a person with faith to change their entire thought process and believe that they can be healed. However, in order for such a thing to work there must be a real effort in place to see any result. There have been numerous reports of people in the hospital with the worst things that you could think of, and then turn right around and leave the hospital with nothing wrong with them.

Dr. John Demartini was right when he said that we can be cured from within. This is true because, anything that happens to us is due to what is going on with us on the inside. If we cause from within something we don’t desire, then we can also cause from within something we do desire, just as easy. Like I said, it takes an effort on your part, and a strong belief that you not only can be healed, but are healed. Remember, you must think, feel, and act inline with what you desire as if you already have it.

The conditions of our life and everything around us, is based on the conditions of our inner selves. If you are always complaining and looking for something to complain about yourself then you should only expect the worst results. This is the reason so many people cause their own health problems. They are in love with their misery. They are always talking about what they don’t want, and they are focusing all of their attention on it as well. There are some people who love to show others just how unhealthy they are. At the end of the day, they get what they ask for. You’ve heard it before, “my back hurts” “my feet hurts” “my head” etc. First of all, it is annoying to other people to complain about yourself, so don’t do it if you are trying to get attention. There are much better ways of going about doing that.

Don’t be fooled. There are plenty of reported cures that have been found for all sorts of so called “incurable diseases”. Unfortunately, all of the big medicine companies, and the FDA would lose a lot of money if they made it legal to say that there is a cure for things such as cancer for an example. This is the main reason why you don’t hear much about cures. They want to keep getting billions of dollars from people buying their medicine. What does medicine really do for you? Medicine is designed to keep you needing to buy more, and some make you addicted. There aren’t many medicines out there that completely cure and wipe out diseases. If so, then people wouldn’t need to continue to buy them which means less money the big medicine companies make.

So anytime you feel sick, hurt, or feel bad in anyway shape or form, just know that you attracted it. Change the inner world to bring the desired results you would like to have in the outer world. You should understand that God is perfect health. As you realize and become more aware of his existence in you, then there should be no room for any sickness in any way shape or form. Although you must be aware of his existence in order to be in a healthy state of mind. Put in the work, not just one time but everyday. Keep yourself clean on the inside by thinking healthy clean thoughts. Feel healthy, and act healthy by making wise decisions on eating right and exercising regularly. By eating and exercising consistently, you are showing God that you appreciate and are grateful for your body that he gave you. Make a promise to keeping your self clean, and living a healthy life, and just wait to see what difference you will see. What do you seriously have to lose? All you have to do is live better on the inside.

There are of course the “nay sayers” who will probably disagree with this. Which really means that some people are just not open to new possibilities and opportunities. It also means they are limited in their thinking as well as intelligence and are probably to scared to try anything that they don’t know about. The only thing I would have to say is, prove me wrong. Not just me, but everyone who has been cured of their diseases. The truth is that this can’t be proven wrong when its already been reported as a true FACT.

Exercise Equals Less Stress

Good Exercise is what is needed in order to perform at our peak. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your time and put in a commitment to exercise consistently. Exercising is good for you obviously, but not just physically. Exercise is great for your mental health as well. It is your brain that powers your mental world, so the easiest way to keep your brain healthy is to exercise.

Real exercising is not just doing a set of push ups one time a week or walking around the block every once in a while whenever you can remember to do it. Real exercise is setting a consistent schedule and staying committed to performing your best towards it. Exercise is not real exercise if it is not done on a regular basis. If you choose not to do it on a regular basis, then you are wasting your time knowing that you will return to the old unhealthy you. So create a schedule to exercise, and make sure you are really doing something. If you don’t leave from the gym or park sweating, then you need to make a U turn and go right back in.

If you are undisciplined, I would suggest getting a personal trainer to help you. Here is why. If you know you need to do a certain set of repetitions, but you become tired, you would probably quit if you were alone. However with a trainer you would react a little different. You would find every way you possibly could to make sure you don’t look like a quitter. You don’t want to be a quitter. With a trainer you take things much more seriously, not just because you are paying them your hard earned money, but because they are standing right there watching you.

As you exercise you are cleaning yourself up. You are returning to your natural state of being, healthy. Once you exercise efficiently and you are healthy, your brain is healthy as well. When your brain is healthy you are stress free. Most of the time when you are stress free, you don’t think negative thoughts so much either. There has been plenty of tests and case studies that show and prove why it is better to exercise. What they have found is that the people who do exercise are very much less likely to be stressed than those who don’t. How many healthy people who exercise on a regular basis do you know that complain a lot, and are always stressed? Not many at all.

Begin now. Right now, and start exercising. Make a commitment, and have a good attitude each and every time you do it. Remember that God created us all, he hand made our bodies at of his own image. You should think about that the next time you don’t feel like exercising. You are managing the body that God gave you, show gratitude and appreciation and take care of it. You have nothing to lose, but a better life to gain!

“A Winner Never Quits And A Quitter Never Wins” - Anon Whats your attitude? The attitude of a winner or a quitter. Quitters are losers. Think about it, no one even cheers for the quitter, never. It has never happened, and never will. We are focused on winners, and those who put in a great deal of effort without giving up. If you happen to be that one that doesn’t necessarily win, as long as you put in all of your effort and energy into what you were doing, then you win.

People naturally only see winners. Those who come short of the win that fought hard also get respect as well. However those that don’t try and simply give up, are the ones who are not respected. I like to look at life as a game. There are some who are doing exceptionally well, performing at their peak, living their purpose. Then you also have those who fall short of winning who just walk around as if nothing mattered. Everyone has a purpose whether you believe it or not. Those who believe it, and are living it, are the winners in this game of life. The winners are enjoying this game, every single moment, day by day. The winners live peacefully among others. They are manifesting everything they desire into their lives and loving to be alive. This is part of your purpose no matter who you are. Live life and enjoy yourself righteously, there is no better way.

Although, many are misled and confused. They think that life is not important, they live with the attitude as if they don’t want to be alive. Living with a non caring attitude, only bores the person, and sucks all of their energy and life out of them. They are even uncomfortable to be around. These people need serious help. They gave up on trying to pursue their passion, and their purpose, which makes them a quitter. Quitters never win, so they could never enjoy life as they should. Unless they change their attitude and perception of life, and find a purpose. That purpose must be something they are truly passionate about. Living life doing something you are passionate about makes you a winner. It makes you a valuable person as you provide increase of life for others.

Winners play the game to win, losers play the game not to lose. Compare the two attitudes of both people. Winners play with the attitude and expectancy to win. While losers play with the attitude not to lose, but where they go wrong is by not focusing on actually winning. So in order to win you must focus on winning, only. Do not let yourself even for a second to dwell upon a negative thought of you not winning. What I learned for the game of basketball is that whenever you shoot the ball you should always see it going in the hoop before you let it out of your hands. So what you are really doing is visualizing the ball going in right before you release it into the air. As you do this, you will have much more shots made compared to if you thought about trying not to miss all of the time.

So don’t give up in anything, play it like a game and have fun with it. Play your hardest with all of your effort and energy. Visualize and see yourself winning and do not allow anything less than that to even be thought about. Play the game to win, never play not to lose. Choose your attitude and you choose your end result. Remember to have fun, and as much of it as possible. Whoever is enjoying themselves and maintaining the most, wins!

Think Bigger

Thinking bigger can create new things in your life. You will see things in a much bigger and better perspective. The things that mattered to you before will be nothing to you anymore. The same problems won’t exist, the past limitations that held you back, will no longer have a hold on you. Thinking bigger gives you more confidence and strength to take on life and enjoy it in the process. Whenever you start thinking bigger, you rise to a whole new level. Once you rise to a new level, you never go back to the level you were before.

Many people I know, including myself have looked at problems and undesired situations as big, and difficult to handle. Although, I have learned and have experience in knowing that the reason why those problems and situations were so big to me was because of my small limited thinking. You are who you are based on your thinking. If you think small, then you are a small person. If you have problems and you think small, then you are a small person with big problems.

The obvious solution is to elevate your thinking, or think bigger. As you think bigger, you become a bigger person. As problems come, you don’t see them as big problems anymore. You might not see it as a problem at all. Once you are at a new level, the problems from the earlier times have less value to you. Old problems have less value, because you know that you can handle the problem and you are not worried and stressed out about them based on your confidence in yourself.

If you are an employee for a big company, then you of course are handling all of the small tasks. If someone suddenly gave you the tasks and responsibilities of the CEO of the company, you might become very overwhelmed and give up. The reason is because your mind is not at the required level to handle such tasks. However, it is very possible to rise to that level, because if the CEO is doing it, then you can too. However, you must expand and elevate your mind. You can’t handle big responsibilities if you are still small minded.

Begin now from this point on to see yourself as a bigger person, literally. Walk with your head up, shoulders back, with a confident look. Smile, and always be happy knowing that everything is always going to be okay, and it will if you believe it will. Wanting increase in any area of your life no matter what it is, requires you to think bigger to be able to receive what you desire. You can never receive what you can not handle, or what you can not see yourself having. Visualization is very important. If you can’t clearly see yourself having what you desire internally, then you can’t see it externally. The amazing part about visualization, is the fact that you are not limited to what you can imagine!

The truth is that God is within you. God is power, so therefore you are entitled to using that power within you. God wouldn’t be within you if he didn’t want you to possess his power. The only way we can use this power is to be aware and believe that it exists, or in other words think bigger. Thinking bigger as in thinking at a higher level knowing that God is within you. Once we understand this, we know that God is much bigger than any problem whatsoever. Problems are absolutely nothing to God. Your undesired situation is also nothing, you can easily move to a bigger and better one by simply changing your thinking and believing you can do so by trusting in God. Thinking bigger is actually thinking closer to God’s level, although we can never reach that level. So thinking bigger is thinking Godly. What ever seems impossible to man, is possible to God.

Lights, Camera, ACTION!

Get a vision for your life. Once you have that vision, make it clear. Clear visions is what is required in order for a manifestation of the vision to be a success. Think if you wanted to take a trip somewhere. You need to have a clear destination, and also a clear direction to guarantee a successful trip. So once you know where you want to be, and you have a clear vision in your mind, the last and most important step is Action.

Action is required for any progress or completion to take place. Nothing can happen without action, nothing just appears out of thin air. If you have a goal or what I like to call a Promise you should make a commitment to following through to every step consistently. Only the individuals who are action oriented are the ones who are successful. Procrastinators are the people who do half of the work. They are well known for doing the first step, which is thinking. We know that thinking alone does little to nothing. What should be done is thinking with feeling and then action. There are also some who get the order mixed up. Some people try to take the action first, which is actually asking for failure if the person doesn’t give a well thought out plan. So thinking feeling and acting inline with what you desire is absolutely the correct way in the correct order to manifest whatever you desire.

Some helpful reminders on what you should do when taking action.

Get clear on what needs to be done. A clear path makes the ride to the destination much smoother.

Every step in your goal or “Promise” should be done according to the time you have scheduled its due.

Don’t overwhelm yourself with your tasks. Don’t go into overdrive. This is probably the number one mistake people make when attempting to achieve anything. Whenever you overwhelm yourself, you are much much more likely to quit and give up on the whole thing (Don’t quit, ever, don’t be a loser).

Split your goal up into easy individual pieces. These pieces are the steps that are required to achieve your goal. Make sure that each of these steps are small and easy steps that you can handle completing. As you do quite a bit of all those small steps you will eventually achieve your goal. This is what every successful person does when they do it the “easy” way.

Review your next step over and over in your head before you do it. When we think over and over about our next step to take action on, it seems much easier when we actually do it rather than if we didn’t think about it at all.

You want to make sure that you complete these steps in full, leaving nothing incomplete.

Always give at least 100% of your effort into everything you do all of the time consistently. In my post How you do anything is how you do everything you will see clearly that when you do some things a certain way, it affects the way you do everything. Example, if you are giving to others showing that you are a generous person, and then later stealing from people, what type of person would you be best known as? A thief. Every action is important and the effort you put into your goals matter as well. The energy you put out, is the energy you get back. So it is best to be consistent with what you do, going in one direction only. So work diligently in the small areas as well as the big areas, it all matters in the end.

Attention Equals Love

This is pretty obvious once you see the title, we all know that attention equals love. Sometimes we are just unaware with what our attention (love) is at most. Attention on anything is no different than focusing on something. What you focus on grows, and whatever you put your attention to is just the same. Attention equals love because showing love to something is showing that you are interested, and to show that you are interested in something, attention is required.

Nothing can grow in your life that you don’t put the required attention to. Seeds need to be watered and nurtured consistently in order to grow into plants. Muscles need to be exercised on a consistent schedule in order to grow stronger. Goals must be first of all remembered and the required action must be in place consistently in order to achieve them. Your mate in a relationship must see your consistent attention (love) in order for them to continue to be with you while also having a great relationship. We need food and liquid consistently in order to live. Each of these examples show that life is consistent. You don’t live it by doing something once to get consistent results. You have to put in consistent attention and action on what you want in order for it to be maintained, or to see it grow. Look over the areas in your life to see what needs the attention that you haven’t given enough of. You should also see what you have given your attention to that you don’t want in your life. This is what many of us do. We put too much attention on the things that annoy us, or the things we hate. All of this complaining only strengthens our complaining. Don’t be in love with your misery. Stop pointing out what is undesirable to you, and start pointing out the things you like. Be interested in what you want. You don’t like bad news, nobody does. So stop watching the news, you don’t want to create similar situations in your life. So place your attention elsewhere and watch that particular area grow.

Think about this. Lets look at your thinking as if every single thought you think is considered money. So everything you think about, you are spending your money on. The thoughts we consistently think now, determine our future. Our future is very important to us all. If we are living in an undesirable situation no matter the condition, we have the future to rely on as hope. The future will be different than the present. The reason is because thoughts change. However, if you are consistently focused on the way life is for too long, and it is something that is undesirable, then you will just continue to recreate the same situation. “You get what you pay for”. In other words, the thoughts you think now determines what your future brings about. So it would be wise to bring your attention (love) to what you want in your life. Once you do this, you are actually investing in a new future. One thing you must know is that you can never receive something you don’t believe you can have, or you can never purchase something without buying it. So pay attention ;) I know you’ve heard that before, probably plenty of times in school. So from this point on, be aware of where your attention is mostly, because you are investing in your future whether you want it or not. Find out what you want in your life, then give your undivided attention. You get what you pay for.

Age Is No Excuse

What is stopping you from reaching your full potential? Excuses? I’m sure you have plenty of them. We are all very good and some talented at making up excuses. I see that blaming others is what some people do all of the time as if it was their purpose. However the number one excuse that I hear from adults as to why they can’t (or won’t) do what they truly want to do is because of their age. It doesn’t matter how old you are, whatsoever. Yes, it may seem that younger people can be more successful because it appears that they have more energy, but it is a fact that there are more successful people who are of older age than those that are younger.

Of course anybody of any age can do anything they want, anything. There are absolutely no limits to your potential, the only limit you have is your own belief. When I ask what do (grown) adults want to do, they normally say what they don’t want to do anymore. There is something wrong here. Why is it that the majority of the focus is on what they don’t want to happen anymore. If I ask a child what they want, I would probably have to sit down to prepare, because children know exactly what they want, and that is all they will tell you. In my recent post Live Like A Kid Again I clearly explain why living as a kid is so much better in all areas of your life. Children never talk about what they don’t want whenever they are asked about what they want to be when they grow up. So why do we as adults? What can we do to start thinking about what we do want? All we have to do is DO IT! Begin to start thinking right now exactly what you want to do, and keep bringing the thought up in your mind. Add feeling to the thought, and always provide the action.

We can all be healthy if we want to. The number one complaint from older people is their health. Health of course is only a state of mind. So it should be very clear and obvious to change the negative unhealthy thinking to change the conditioning. Many people try this, but you should know to never “try” anything, only do it with faith believing it will be done. The reason there are so many failed attempts is due to lack of action. If I write an article on how to do push ups, and I give you everything you need to know to do it, what is next? You can’t possibly get stronger just by reading and reading how to do a push up (or can you?). In order to be effective, you need to take action with what you have learned. if the action would be taken after the thought and feeling, a manifestation is also in place.

The next time you say something hurts, you only make that area hurt worse. As you refer back to Pain is a highly concentrated thought you will see that you are doing nothing but escalating your pain in whatever area your thoughts and words bring it up. This is the same not only just for your health but for your business, goals, and dreams as well also. Unfortunately it seems as if the older people get the more they complain and lift up their problems and lack. Fortunately, a solution is at hand. A new way to think is here. Clearly change your thoughts, believe you are no less than the person that you want to be. Know that your age, background, environment, genetics, or whatever you think may be holding you back, has absolutely nothing to do with you. The only thing that you are limited to, is your mind. What can you not see in your mind, NOTHING. There is nothing you can’t see or imagine in your mind. So if there is nothing you can’t see or imagine in your mind, then there is nothing you can’t see in your world. Just remember to provide the feeling and actions.

Age is no excuse, do what you want to do, and what you always wanted to do in your life. Then teach someone else to do the same. So that the world will be a much better place as more and more people are living their dreams. Which is actually the whole point, start now.

Smiling and Laughing is Healthy For You

Another good name for this would be “Smiling and Laughing vs Medicines and drugs.” My reason for saying so is because smiling and laughing is by far a much better way to living healthier. There is plenty of scientific proof out there that you can search that supports this. My all time personal favorite is from the Bible (Amplified) - “A happy heart is good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing, but a broken spirit dries up the bones - Proverbs 17:22. ” To live in this way is our natural state of being, sadness and despair is not. Of course we all at times get mad at certain events that take place in our lives, but the honest truth is that we were created to be happy all of the time.

Maybe you have heard the saying “food fuels the body, laughter fuels our soul.” Very true, so you should begin doing it as soon as you start your day and all throughout the day. I know personally that starting your day by laughing and smiling is the absolute best way to start your day (It’s even more important than breakfast in the morning). Another saying I have heard is that it takes more muscles to frown, than it does to smile. In this case the number of muscles doesn’t really matter as much, whichever one YOU decide to do is really what matters. Whichever state your mind is in is what you are and what you will attract to you. Smart people are always in the happy state of mind so that they can attract even more of the situations and circumstances that match who they are.

I have seen enough people in my life to be able to tell the difference from happy and sad, healthy and sick, cheerful and depressed. It is unlikely that you would find someone who is always smiling and laughing with a cheerful attitude and an unhealthy body. It just doesn’t exist. Every person I’ve known who have consistently dealt with sickness and living unhealthy were not necessarily the most positive people. Nobody is perfect we have all been sick before so don’t take this the wrong way, I am talking more about people who are always sick and unhealthy. If you know you are one of those people then you should begin to smile right now, your medicine is inside you, only you bring it out.

The best advice to give you is to smile and laugh consistently throughout the day. Your smile and laugh should by far outweigh your frowns, or whenever you don’t smile at all (which is a frown). Join in on activities that cause you to smile and laugh.

Do a Google search for humor, comedy, funny, jokes, laugh, etc.

Play the staring game with someone, and if you don’t have any friends, go into the bathroom and shut the door (important: the door must be shut completely in order to avoid your own embarrassment) then look in the mirror and play the staring game with yourself ;) First one who laughs loses……(or I guess the point of this post would actually be to say that you win,….(you get it))

Go see or rent a funny movie.

Call someone you know while disguising your voice and tell them its you in a way as if everything was normal.

Play some sort of board game with your friends that would set you up for a guaranteed laugh.

When you see someone else who is sad and down, make it your life purpose to not only make them smile :D but make sure they laugh themselves so hard they have a new set of six pack abs!

I just thought of another one, play a game with someone about smiling throughout the day. The first person who is caught “not smiling” loses that round. The person with the most smiles and laughs wins. Play fairly.
