Attitude of Gratitude

What type of attitude do you normally have? On average would you say that you are consistently complaining, or are you grateful? People spend so much of their valuable time complaining and making a big deal about the things that they don’t want, while unconsciously knowing they create more of those big problems. We know that what you focus on grows in your life, so what people should become aware of is that the principle works for you or against you. I truly believe the way we were created was to be grateful for everything. We are supposed to enjoy everything in life without complaining about what’s wrong or what could be better.

How can you be grateful in a world full of negativity? Easy, just do it. The reason you must do it is because of what you get out of it. When you are grateful for everything you have in your life, you get even more of the things that you are grateful for. Do you ever notice how the more you complain or talk bad about something or someone it seems as if more of those complaints come about? Once again, your attention was focused on complaining, so you got even more reasons to complain.

This is why our attitudes should only be an attitude of gratitude. With an attitude of gratitude, being thankful for everything always, we are sending out positive thoughts that we are focused on. By doing so can only bring to us a match of what we think and feel most. Think about it. Would you rather give to someone who is ungrateful, and doesn’t care about anything including what you are trying to give to that person? Or, would you give to someone who is always grateful for every thing they have and receive and always show love and appreciation? The answer will always be to give more to the grateful person. So how about becoming that grateful person?

You can start today right now by creating a list writing down or even thinking about everything you are grateful for, and as you do that successfully you will see just how much of a benefit it is to be grateful and the blessings that come with it.

So change your attitude into an “Attitude of Gratitude”
