Live For The Moment, Not For Tomorrow

Too many of us are living for tomorrow, or next week, or next year. I myself am one of many who focused all of my attention and happiness on Fridays, which is well known as payday. As many of you know, this is a paycheck to paycheck mentality. All of my attention was focused on getting that check in on Friday so that I could have just over enough to pay the bills. Or if I was at work (working for somebody else) I couldn’t wait for the time to go by fast just so I could leave. I remember doing specific tasks at work that made the time seem as if it was going by quickly. I would also complain if time wasn’t going by fast enough, and I would be happy if it was going quickly. What is wrong with rushing is that time goes by so fast when you are focused on another day all of the time rather than today itself. As you are focused on another day all of the time, while time is moving fast, that means time is running out, and your getting older. So when all of your time and energy is put into rushing for another day, you are waisting your time that you could and should be enjoying.

Whenever we take our focus off tomorrow and focus on today, we get today’s tasks done much better. If you are working on a project that requires you to use quite a bit of your brain, then you can’t sit there and worry about what you have to do another day. Whenever you do that it takes away from the energy and focus that you put towards your current task.

We are here to enjoy life. We are each given time, and we all have the same amount of time as everyone else. Lets pretend someone is taking score of how much we are enjoying life. The winner is based on whoever spends more of their time being happy. So in this case whoever is happier for the longest time wins. How could you possibly win this competition of being happiest for the longest period of time, when you are spending the majority of that time rushing and not enjoying where you currently are?

Gratitude List

Having a gratitude list is very important considering that you want more things to come into your life to be grateful for. By now we know that what you focus on grows. So by focusing on what you are grateful sends out a positive message to God, or the Universe, (whatever you choose to call it) and you get back more of what you are focused on. Also, if you are trying to manifest a change or have something new in your life, then you would need to be grateful for what you have already in order for anything else to come. Example, if I want a new car, I must be thankful and have a true attitude of gratitude towards the car I already own. Even if I was walking, I should be thankful no matter what my method of transportation may be. As you show gratitude, you open up doors to new things that will make you even more happier.

Here is an example

I am so happy and thankful now that ___________This is where you fill in the blank. And as you come up with your list, make sure that you internalize the thoughts of gratitude. As you internalize them by thinking on what you are grateful for, remember to feel it. This means put all of your energy into feeling grateful, all day everyday, everywhere you are. Having an attitude of gratitude is just like being humble. So being humble with an attitude of gratitude would be a great advantage to manifesting the life you want. Did I mention that gratitude is the most powerful forces in the universe?

Be FREE

To live free is one of the strongest desires a man could ever have. Being truly free goes well beyond free will to do what you want. This freedom I speak of consists of doing what you want to do, and doing it without worry. Freedom in my opinion is living your life in bliss without the struggles, without the trouble, and the pain. To live free means being consistently happy and confident that you can be, do, or have whatever you want to. Freedom is not trying to cut loose from whatever you are limited to in the world. Freedom is letting go of what you already know, and learning something new. Freedom is the awareness of no limits whatsoever. Freedom is being conscious of the true fact that absolutely nothing in this world is impossible. Which world do I mean? Your mental world, your thoughts, your imagination. There is no limit to what you can picture in your mind. Therefore, there is nothing that you can not do, be, or have in the world outside of you. The reason is because your outer world (everything you see outside of you) is only a manifestation of what you see inside of you.

As I have previously written in my earlier post You Are Looking Into A Mirror you could clearly see that life is like looking directly into a mirror, and the person you see in the mirror is your world which is only a reflection of you. Now if that is the case, then it is true that we can create our world. This means complete control of everything in our world, the things we attract, and so on.

My purpose, goal, desire, and promise is to live free in all areas of my entire life. That means being abundantly happy, healthy, wealthy, and righteous. My life is full of bliss when I follow the path of true freedom. Nothing has a hold on me whatsoever. This means that I desire to be extremely happy and grateful to the point that others become the same way and enjoy my presence around them. My health will be perfect, as I maintain a healthy diet and keep up with a consistent exercise schedule that is effective. As far as wealth goes I will have great relationships with everyone, living in peace. Financially I will have enough money to the point that doing anything I want is of no worry or concern as to whether I can afford to do it. I will freely live financially (Financially Free) and generously give to others and help everyone I can to live the same. I will always be spiritually connected which is most important in living FREE.

Step 1 : So in order to live this life a freedom, the first thing to do is to forget everything that you previously learned in your life that limits or harms you in any way. This includes negative thinking, and undesirable experiences. Although it may be a little difficult to just forget a bad experience but you can forgive yourself or whomever you felt offended by in that particular experience. You should also examine and figure out what good things that you learned from that experience. As you do that, you are letting go of your limits and the holds that keep you in bondage. However, you must replace that with what you want or you will only go right back to your old ways and beliefs. It is a trade off. Something has to exist in the mind, you have to be conscious of something in order to live. You can only do what you know, what you are aware of, and what you are used to doing. This is why you must practice, practice, practice thinking what you desire in order to know, be aware of, and become used to doing what you desire to do.

Step 2 : The second step to living free is to become aware of everything that you want. No struggle should exist in your mind. No lack, no pain no negativity in any way shape or form. The only thing you should focus on is freedom. The mind is the place where this thought takes place. You don’t have to ask permission to think about what you want either, you just simply think, focus, feel, and believe in your mind. The last and only step that is to take place happens outside of your mind, and that is action, although action is directed by the mind.

Step 3 : Freedom is living a peaceful life. You must learn about peace, and how to live in it to be truly free. Jesus Christ we all know was the greatest who ever lived. Whether you look at him as God’s Son, a prophet, or a teacher, it doesn’t even matter. Every religion has respect for him and believe that he led the greatest example for everyone to follow. No other being ever lived as free as he did. I personally study him and his teachings and give my best to live as he taught. A few examples of his great faith include, living humble, living peaceful, being righteous, without sin, healing the sick, turning water into wine, walking on water, feeding 5,000 with only two fish and five loaves of bread, raising the dead, and rising from the dead. Considering all of these things, he was still only human. He also said himself that even greater things would be done. This means he wasn’t even working at his full potential, and he was saying that we can operate at those levels also. So after understanding all that he was able to do, each and every miracle, why is it that the only thing some of us manifest is just to “get by”? Getting by in life is not what our purpose is at all. We are meant to succeed at everything we do. We are here to live in happiness, peace, love, and abundance. Not the opposite.

So if Jesus could do it, and he said you could do the same, then as James Arthur Ray says, when would “Now” be the right time to change? I think “right now” would be perfect for you! Begin now to give yourself a mental cleaning of everything you don’t want and can’t stand in your life, and never bring it up again. Make it a promise to live your life free to do the things you desire to do deep down inside of yourself. Never let anyone tell you what you can’t do, because everything is possible, and the life of Jesus Christ is a great example of that. There are many more people who are also displaying that all things are truly possible. Life is here for you to enjoy, only. Nothing less than that. So have faith, believe, be great, and be free. BE FREE!

Age Is No Excuse

What is stopping you from reaching your full potential? Excuses? I’m sure you have plenty of them. We are all very good and some talented at making up excuses. I see that blaming others is what some people do all of the time as if it was their purpose. However the number one excuse that I hear from adults as to why they can’t (or won’t) do what they truly want to do is because of their age. It doesn’t matter how old you are, whatsoever. Yes, it may seem that younger people can be more successful because it appears that they have more energy, but it is a fact that there are more successful people who are of older age than those that are younger.

Of course anybody of any age can do anything they want, anything. There are absolutely no limits to your potential, the only limit you have is your own belief. When I ask what do (grown) adults want to do, they normally say what they don’t want to do anymore. There is something wrong here. Why is it that the majority of the focus is on what they don’t want to happen anymore. If I ask a child what they want, I would probably have to sit down to prepare, because children know exactly what they want, and that is all they will tell you. In my recent post Live Like A Kid Again I clearly explain why living as a kid is so much better in all areas of your life. Children never talk about what they don’t want whenever they are asked about what they want to be when they grow up. So why do we as adults? What can we do to start thinking about what we do want? All we have to do is DO IT! Begin to start thinking right now exactly what you want to do, and keep bringing the thought up in your mind. Add feeling to the thought, and always provide the action.

We can all be healthy if we want to. The number one complaint from older people is their health. Health of course is only a state of mind. So it should be very clear and obvious to change the negative unhealthy thinking to change the conditioning. Many people try this, but you should know to never “try” anything, only do it with faith believing it will be done. The reason there are so many failed attempts is due to lack of action. If I write an article on how to do push ups, and I give you everything you need to know to do it, what is next? You can’t possibly get stronger just by reading and reading how to do a push up (or can you?). In order to be effective, you need to take action with what you have learned. if the action would be taken after the thought and feeling, a manifestation is also in place.

The next time you say something hurts, you only make that area hurt worse. As you refer back to Pain is a highly concentrated thought you will see that you are doing nothing but escalating your pain in whatever area your thoughts and words bring it up. This is the same not only just for your health but for your business, goals, and dreams as well also. Unfortunately it seems as if the older people get the more they complain and lift up their problems and lack. Fortunately, a solution is at hand. A new way to think is here. Clearly change your thoughts, believe you are no less than the person that you want to be. Know that your age, background, environment, genetics, or whatever you think may be holding you back, has absolutely nothing to do with you. The only thing that you are limited to, is your mind. What can you not see in your mind, NOTHING. There is nothing you can’t see or imagine in your mind. So if there is nothing you can’t see or imagine in your mind, then there is nothing you can’t see in your world. Just remember to provide the feeling and actions.

Age is no excuse, do what you want to do, and what you always wanted to do in your life. Then teach someone else to do the same. So that the world will be a much better place as more and more people are living their dreams. Which is actually the whole point, start now.

IF You Want To Be Great, Money Should Not Be The Motivation

Around 96% of people today do everything they can to make money, and then even more money. What I have realized is that chasing after money will only get you so far. What good is it if the only thing you are known for is someone who possessed a great deal of money? You should know, money is only paper. Money in and of itself is not powerful. So just by having much of it definitely does not make you powerful at all either. I know you’ve heard the saying “The money doesn’t make the man, the man makes the money”. Does money control you? Is money all that you think about throughout the day? Are you always trying to see how you can make even more and think of everything else as unimportant? If money is what you think about the majority of the time, then everything else to you is least important. Don’t be alarmed, you are not the only one. This is very common, and has been around from the beginning. Although money is very important, and I would never say that possessing a lot of it is wrong in any way. However, when your main focus and motivation in life is to live working hard to achieve particular goals, just to make more money, then at that time is when you should reconsider your focus.

“Money was never a big motivation for me, except as a way to keep score. The real excitement is playing the game.”—Donald Trump.

This is a great way to look at it, whether you believe him or not, or like him, you still have to accept and realize that this is a great way to look at your business or whatever it is you do that involves money. Doing things just to make a bunch of money doesn’t really make you anything. Your just another person, no different from the average. However, someone who has a lot of money who earned it by doing what he or she loved for the purpose of helping others in some kind of way, is considered a success. Remember, success is not determined by how much money you make. Money is not the only thing in the world. What about people? If your aim and drive is to help someone else with your product or service in any way, then you are doing exactly what a business should be doing. It doesn’t matter what you do, whether its creating software, healing the sick, building houses, or selling lemonade at a lemonade stand, no matter how big or small it may be you are still providing increase in someones life. When you successfully provide an honest product or service of any kind and you are giving increase to life to whoever accepts it, then what you have is a successful business. A successful business or plan can only come from one type of person, a successful person. Everyone wants to be successful, and this is the way to do it. Putting others first, and providing increase in their life. If you do this intelligently, you certainly won’t have to chase money, it will chase you ;)

I know this is probably a wake up call for many, but the honest truth is that money, really isn’t the thing you really want. Let me explain. Wanting to make money does absolutely nothing for you in and of itself. Money, hopefully you know by now, doesn’t make you happy. Happiness is a decision you make, and not anything or anyone can do that for you, but you. So if money isn’t what you want then what is it? What you really want is the end result, and money is not at the end result, hopefully. Money as the end result is a waste if time. When your life here on this earth is over, what can you possibly be proud of if all you did was make money? Nothing, because there were so many people and other great opportunities that you could have embarked upon. Example, lets say my goal is to raise money to help families in need live in a home. The end result when I visualize is “Families living in a home”. That would be the destination. Unfortunately where we as people make the mistake is putting our focus in the wrong place, the money. Getting all caught up in how much money we want to make takes away the power of (in this case) placing those families in homes. Focusing on the money is like thinking about the ride itself rather than the actual destination. As we visualize we should always focus on the end result, and think from the end result as if it already happened. “Don’t think about “how” to get there, think about actually being there, now.” -Walt

Think about this. If you were the only person in the world, and you could have one thing in the world, what would that thing be? I doubt it would be money. You make think its a lot of money, but what you really need to think is what you would do with that money. That is probably what you want to do. If you were locked in a room filled with a bunch of bills, where is the fun at?

Keep in mind there is nothing wrong with having money, and no, it’s not evil. The only thing evil about “some” rich people, is not the money itself, but the person who possesses the money. However, I believe there are more “good” rich people who are wealthy than there are so called “evil people”. The belief that money makes you evil is a false belief which keeps so many people living in poverty. These people are some who may actually want more out of life but can’t move anywhere because they are always condemning someone who has money, and you will never receive anything that you condemn.

No person who is great chased after money to become great. They became great because of the amount of love they had for what they did. Bill Gates didn’t chase money, he worked hard and dedicated his time and attention (love) towards technology and everything he could do to develop it. He just happens to be a great player in his game, thats why his score is so high. $53 Billion as of 2007.

Here is what you can do if you need money.

1. Find out what you love to do most.

2. Create a business that you can make a profit from doing the thing you love most.

3. Be sure that your product or service brings increase into others lives.

4. Continue to love and grow in what you love doing, and do it with your whole heart.

5. If successfully done correctly, you will profit from your genius actions!

Happy Birthday To Me!

me-and-my-ferrari-1.jpgToday we are reminded of a great thing that happened 22 years ago on February 23rd, 1985. This marks another year that we can all celebrate an amazing moment in history. Yes, today is my birthday! I am 22 years young. As my age gets older, I feel younger. Day by day, I can only get younger and younger. Whats my secret? I truly feel younger and younger, and that is what enables me to actually “be” younger and younger. So feel free to celebrate my youth with me! So that you can feel young too!

Remember you are as young as you feel. Feel young with me today, and tomorrow, and the next day—> and so on forever :)

I would like to thank my Family, Nicole, Marco, Ed, Richard, Mike, Nick, Gerry, Marcos, Mrs. Helen, Mr. Victor, Dominique, Collin, Andy, Esther, and Mali for their gifts and support. And everyone else who has been there and has been a blessing in my life!

Don’t React, Respond

The way to handle life when undesired situations come up is not to react to it, no, that would only make things worse. When we “react” to certain things that happen to us, it is no different than taking action without thinking first. Taking action without thinking, or planning first is a simple mistake many people do in life, especially in relationships. Although, it goes much further than relationships, we sometimes have the tendency to react to many situations in all areas of our lives. Such as our jobs, our businesses, health conditions, failures, setbacks, and so on.

The solution is to no longer react to life problems, but to clearly respond. As we respond to situations we should think clearly before we say or do anything so that the correct word and right action are taken. It sounds pretty simple, but at those times when you are upset, for some this way could be a challenge. However, when you actually do it, you always feel much better at the end knowing that you handled everything in a respectful way by intelligently handling the problem by responding.

Every issue that we have desires a solution. That problem or issue needs to be handled in the correct way. The solution is no different than a lock. Once you open the lock your problem lets you go, and then you are free from that particular problem. But, the key to opening the lock is to know the combination. Only the correct inputs in a combination can open the lock, right? Well, reacting to problems is like pulling and yanking at the lock hoping it will open. We know that wouldn’t work, so the best way, and only way to open the lock (problem) is to make sure you input the correct code. Responding to things intelligently is exactly how you place the correct code into the lock and then opening it.

You must respond intelligently to handle any problem or issue and see it’s solution. In order to respond intelligently, you must know how to respond. Here are a few of many tips.

1. Make sure you have all of the facts first. Many people look very foolish when they try to attempt to give a clever response, but without the correct facts. This is like confidently putting in the wrong combination to the lock. So whatever you do, get the facts straight.

2. Know how to get the facts if you don’t have them. A great way to do this is by applying the number one tool to staying alive, ASK QUESTIONS! Continue to ask questions about everything, and every detail that is relevant to successfully solving the problem. “The more you ask the more you know, the more you know the more you can apply - Walt”

3. Don’t try to attack the person or thing. Sometimes everybody just wants to be right, and it seems like we’ll do anything to win. In order to solve problems, the focus should not be Win Lose, but Win Win situations. Win Win situations is when both sides win. Win Win situations won’t come if you attack the other person for example by bringing them down. You should strategically plan what you are going to say first, of course. You do that by telling that person how good of a person they are, and why you appreciate that person. Then tell them what they did right in the situation (you can find something, it’s there if you look closely) and once you have lifted them up a little is the perfect time when you tell them gently what they did wrong. If you do this successfully the other person will actually listen to you, and the chances are much more higher that the problem will be resolved much easier, and faster.

More to come!

How You Do Anything Is How You Do Everything

You never know when someone is watching you. During those times when you are performing well and sometimes at your peak is because you know someone is watching you. But what about the times when there is no one around? (or so you think) What about when the task is not as important to you than it is to someone else? Would you still put your all into it? Great people who have integrity put all of their energy into everything they do, and they do it right, every time.

A person with integrity is always respected with the highest authority. These type of people treat everyone equally, and they respect each and every person they come in contact with. I consider myself a man of integrity, so it is my purpose to make sure that I treat everyone fairly. Also, I do more of the listening rather than the talking. I am more interested in learning about what others are interested in rather than always blurting out my own. This is key in living and being a person with integrity. You must always be willing and more than happy to help and look out for others, and learn to be considerate by thinking more of others rather than yourself. I know this conflicts with the way the majority of people today think, but to be honest, the majority is wrong, always. When you follow what everyone else is doing, you are doing things the mediocre way, or the normal way. In order to achieve greatness of any kind you must do everything differently than the rest of the crowd to get noticed. Just picture yourself in the middle of a huge audience of people. What can you do that is absolutely different than what everybody else is doing to be seen? “The important thing to remember is to not be seen with the crowd, but instead be seen as the individual from the crowd - Walt.” This is why people with integrity are rare. This is why they have high value, like a priceless diamond. In order to stand out from the crowd you must be completely different than everyone else. As you stand out, your results will always be outstanding (Get it?).

The reason I bring up integrity is to help you choose the correct way that you should do everything. If how you do anything is how you do everything then you might as well learn to do it the best way, the honest way. Doing everything with integrity leaves you a clean track record, and provides you with a clearer path on your journey. Integrity opens up doors for you. When you have this particular mindset, people are much more willing to help you, even if it means they have to go out of their way to do it.

You can almost always tell who displays integrity and who doesn’t by their actions. No matter how big or small something is, whenever someone does something a certain way, more than likely they treat other things in the same way. For example, you have a friend who you talk to frequently. The majority of the time that person is always talking negative about other people behind their back. However, when that person is around the people they talk negatively about and they are smiling in their face and carrying on as if there was no problem, chances are they probably treat you the same way behind your back. Many people are aware of this and they take note of everything they see people do. So if those people are watching you, then you want to make sure that you are always displaying your integrity so that you can be known as an authentic trustworthy person.

Treat your less important duties the same as your most important duties, this is integrity in action at all times.

Why Helping Others Is Important For YOU

As we live in a world were about 98% think and act with the “what’s in it for me?” attitude, it can be a little difficult to find humble generous people. A humble generous person is not someone who gives to the needy just for recognition to build their own name. No, a true humble generous person is someone who gives to those in need, and doesn’t try to make a big announcement every time they do their good deeds. Whenever any type of donation is given these days, it seems as if it is broad casted everywhere. When other people know about the generous acts is not necessarily whats wrong here. What is wrong is the fact that people try so hard to impress other people, or when businesses give to the needy with the only intention of promoting their name rather than taking care and fulfilling the needs of others. What is worse than that is the people who don’t even give at all, or those who give for selfish reasons.

Giving should be done everyday. It should be a part of everyones agenda on a consistent basis. We definitely were not sent here just to store up treasures for ourselves. Our purpose is giving to others with good intentions of their needs being fulfilled. You should never give out of compulsion, thinking that because you have to give something away to someone. Some people also think that when they give because they think they have to, that they are doing a good deed. Unfortunately, this is wrong. We should give with a cheerful attitude and not expect anything back in return from the person we gave to. This might be hard to swallow for some, but just know, change is good.

To give is “the” way of living the life YOU want. What you give to others, you are actually giving to yourself. When you fulfill someones need in a certain area, your needs will be fulfilled in that same area as well. What you give, you get back, but, the cheerful givers who give out of the humble kindness of their heart get back even more. Your giving should be an attitude and a way of life, rather than a one time goal or task. In other words it should be something that you consistently do everyday naturally from the heart. It definitely shouldn’t be something you start one day and forget about the next week. It should be authentic, and people should know you as a giving person.

The reason you are were you are right now, is somewhat based on what you have given in your life. There is a saying “To be poor is a sin” and if you think about it this is very hard to swallow but true. If we are truly giving with good intentions everyday, there should be no reason why we should be poor, none whatsoever. It is written in the bible “you reap what you sow”. This is a law of the universe, and it works correctly and fair every time. So if you are lacking anything and you want more in your life, then you need to learn to give more. Find different ways of giving to others with good intentions, and don’t expect anything back from that person. God has a good way of giving it back to you. Giving goes beyond just money. We are not limited to just giving money away only, but we can give love, time, encouragement, and other great gifts as well. At the end of the day it doesn’t matter what form you give, just as long as you give.

“Giving is no different than breathing, you need to do it in order to live.” - Walt

Live Like A Kid Again

Remember how you were so excited to wake up and start your morning? You couldn’t wait to go to the playground. You loved to play outside whether it was rain, sleet, hail, or snow. Or how about those times when you were inside the house and you made the best of your situation by using your imagination to pretend like you were really somewhere else? It seems like living as a kid is the best life to live. Think about it. You get free stuff, you almost always get your way, and you make sure that you at least have some type of fun wherever you are. I haven’t even began to cover the many things kids do that make them the most important people on earth. Kids are the most important people on earth simply because they are humble, happy, faithful, and alive. Children are more enthusiastic towards everything about life, literally. If you ask an adult to drive across town to pick up something, chances are they probably wouldn’t be too excited to do it. Now if you ask a child to drive across town, (who cares if they don’t have a license, just imagine it, that the point remember?) no kid on the face of the planet would dare even turn that favor (or opportunity, from a child’s point of view) down.

When was the last time someone told you what to do, and you did it with no questions asked? If you can remember that, can you also remember how you couldn’t wait for that person to see how well of a job you did? I’m pretty sure that if you can remember a specific time that happened to you, and you responded in a humble way, I can almost guarantee you that you were a kid. Most adults are not that humble, at all. It seems as if as soon as we get older we adopt the poor old adult like attitude and mindset which causes us to lose our humility. Everyone now days wants to be the boss, and it seems like the older they get the more grumpier and bossier they get. What we need to do first is go back into time when we were living our lives as kids. Feel that feeling of being a kid, and then apply it to your life now. Heard of the saying “you are as young as you feel?” It is very true, no matter what age you are you can feel as young as you want to be (if you feel like it ;) ). However the only way to get there is by being humble, stop trying to be so adult like and step up to the plate and be serious (or maybe not). Besides, its boring anyways, wheres the fun?

The fun is found in the mind which is what creates that happiness. I remember clearly all of the times when I was playing some type of super hero, and I was always extremely enthusiastic about it. I may have not seen anything in the material world, but inside my mind I was in a whole other world, which was were all of my attention was. Even if I wasn’t running around aimlessly in the house or the yard, I was at least daydreaming about myself having fun being whatever I imagined. The best part about it, was there was no limits. If only everyone could still live this way we could get much more done, and much faster. If I would just simply apply what I just said to a goal that I have or if I desire to be something, then it would surely manifest in less time. The reason it takes longer is because we are doing the exact opposite. The three simple steps to manifesting whatever you want in your life is Thinking, Feeling, and Acting. As I was a kid, thinking, was my daydreaming about who I wanted to be, all of the time. However the important part was that I wasn’t just thinking about what I wanted to become, I was thinking I am that something that I decided to be (believe you have what you ask for). The feeling part was my enthusiasm with everything I did, as I truly believed deep down in my heart that I was that which I said I was, and that feeling was very strong. My actions, well I was only a kid, so my actions were using what I had to help me as I pretended to be what I wanted to be. If we could take the action just as a child would we could get our goals accomplished 10 times better and faster than we normally would.

Children have such great faith, I believe. The reason, you could tell a child anything, and they will believe you. Remember they are in a humble mindset so they respect and honor whatever you tell them. Santa Clause, and the Easter Bunny are great examples (not to say they don’t exist ;) ). It’s not just that they don’t know any better, they believe because they haven’t adopted any adult like limitations in their minds. Children are becoming something new and living their dreams every single day. So what is stopping us adults? I think that we have lost too much of our childlike features, that we have become limited in our minds by adopting “other” peoples ways. These “other” ways is the problem that keeps us “in the box”.

Another thing I hear is “oh your young so you can do that, I can’t”, or “I can’t eat that, but your young so you can have all you want”. Who is feeding our minds with this information that we can’t eat what we want because we’ll become sick or unhealthy? Now if people have a belief that certain foods will make them sick or unhealthy in any way, then for those people it will be just as they believed it will. Although, it doesn’t have to be, it truthfully all just depends on what you believe is good for you and what is not. “You life is determined by you, not someone else’s opinion or experience” - Walt. So with that in mind, you can be healthy if you feel like it. When I say feel like it, I mean if your thoughts and your feelings are in right alignment with what you truly desire.

Everybody has a goal, dream, and desire to do, have, or be something. We can all achieve everything that we want, and we can do that best by thinking and providing that enthusiastic feeling as if we were kids. Action of course is definitely required to accomplish the task as well. The most important thing is to make sure that we are doing what we want to be doing, and also that we are having extreme fun doing it with enthusiasm.

Someone told me a joke - “Why do adults always ask children what they want to be when they grow up? Answer - So they could get ideas”. That joke whoever made it up definitely understands the way we are meant to live, and it’s not old (mindset not age).

“Doing a job well will only get you by, but doing a job because it’s fun and doing it with enthusiasm returns outstanding results!” - Walt
